Police say a man and woman have been arrested following the hit-and-run crash.
A murder investigation has been started after a woman died in a hit-and-run crash in a Derbyshire village.
A 25-year-old woman who was the passenger on the e-bike died at the scene while the rider, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Derbyshire Police say they want to hear from anyone who saw the vehicle - believed to be a Land Rover Discovery manufactured between 2004 and 2009 - in and around the Pleasley area prior to the crash.
