Meanwhile, Guido said a decrease was observed in the positivity rate in Albay , Batangas , Benguet , Bulacan , Cavite , Isabela , Kalinga , La Union , Mountain Province , and Tarlac . NCR positivity rate increased from 11.1% to 12.4%. Increases observed in Bataan, Cagayan, Camarines Sur, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Laguna, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Quezon, Rizal, Zambales.
