Nearly 100 new homes will be built opposite a Cotgrave business park after an application over its appearance was approved by the council. Applicant and developer Taylor Wimpey Ltd first had outline permission granted for a 90-home development on land south of Hollygate Lane, Cotgrave, in December 2023.
The development will have a central road running through it with access from Hollygate Lane in the north and Colston Gate in the south. A new roundabout will be built on Hollygate Lane for access to the north of the site.
