Community members are demanding answers following the tragic death of a 12-year-old West Haven boy.
This comes after the Weber School District confirmed that employees reported abuse and neglect concerns multiple times to the state.
That community member, who requested anonymity, spoke with 2News about the multiple complaints filed. 2News reached out to Utah's Division of Child and Family Services to confirm the district’s statement that multiple reports concerning the boy’s safety were filed.
