The Manchester restaurant will be opening in Manchester's St John's neighbourhood this summer
Caravan, an award-winning, all-day dining spot, will cast open its floor-to-ceiling windows and doors in just over a month's time. Located in the up-and-coming St John's neighbourhood, it represents the first site in the North of England for the London-based restaurant group.
Diners can indulge in what the restaurant group calls a ‘well-travelled’ menu, spanning breakfast through to dinner. The brunch menu features fresh fruit, grain bowls and Jalapeño Cornbread with fried egg and chilli butter. All can be accompanied by Caravan coffee or even an espresso martini or two. Laura Harper-Hinton, co-founder and CEO of Caravan, said of the opening: "We are so excited to be taking Caravan on the road to Manchester, but more importantly, we are really looking forward to spending more time in this incredible city. We’ve had nothing but great vibes and support from everyone we’ve come across so far.
