A new burger restaurant could open on one of Nottingham's busiest shopping streets, fresh plans have revealed. Burger & Sauce want to open on Clumber Street in Nottingham city centre.
The opening of the new venue would create 10 full-time jobs and five part-time ones, planning documents submitted to Nottingham City Council suggest. The planning application has also described the installation of an extract canopy to the rear of the building, adding that it will operate between 11am and 11.30pm.
"Levi’s would have been a better influence on the high street." Marina and Sandy, from the Meadows, added: "There are a lot of places to eat in Nottingham.
