Surveillance footage reveals the moment Nicaraguan cops arrest American man, 68, hours after he killed his wife and friend
Larry Robert McCartney was arrested Monday night after he allegedly shot dead his wife, Guadalupe del Carmen García, and her friend, Marta Auxiliadora López. The Nicaraguan National Police made the arrest at a restaurant in the department of Managua.
