The coast can't lay claim to all the cool places
A Northampton suburb has been named in the UK's top 50 coolest places. CBD Oil firm Naturecan UK compiled the list after conducting a national survey among the general public.
It is a popular hang-out for artists in part due to its stunning sunsets and for how easily you can reach nearby Looe Island and the Duloe Stone Circle. But the coast can't lay claim to all the cool places - Northamptonshire has its very own entry on the list reports the Daily Mirror.The suburb of Abington has come in 44th spot, sandwiched between Durham and Clarendon Park in Leicester. The name 'Abington' means 'Farm/settlement connected with Abba'.
Abington Park was given to the town by the Wantage family in the 19th century and eventually became part of the borough of Northampton.
