Latest Nottingham Forest news as Nuno Espirito Santo's Reds draw with Wolves at the City Ground
Nottingham Forest had to settle for a point at the City Ground as their unbeaten start to the Premier League season continued with a 1-1 draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Reds almost conceded inside the opening couple of minutes for the second game in succession. It needed an important block on the line from Murillo to keep out Rayan Ait-Nouri early on. But Forest made the most of that let-off by opening the scoring with 10 minutes gone.
Wolves were back level just two minutes later when Jean-Ricner Bellegarde fired past Matz Sels from range. Chances continued to come at both ends before the break. Morgan Gibbs-White went closest for the hosts with a free-kick which drew a superb save from Sam Johnstone, while a penalty shout for a handball against Jorgen Strand Larsen was waved away by referee Simon Hooper. Wood twice went close to putting the Reds back in front after the interval.
