A concerned customer got in touch with NS&I about the issue
NS&I has provided an update following reports from Premium Bonds holders missing Bonds from their accounts. One concerned saver reached out to the institution, asking: "I recently sent you details of my Premium Bonds, from 1957. I advised five different numbers, but only two are in my account, how do I add the three missing numbers to my account?"
The organisation advised that the saver could contact them on 08085 007 007 to address any concerns. Another customer recently contacted NS&I seeking assistance with locating some Bonds believed to be held by their late father. They asked: "Whilst checking my account today I had a sudden thought that my father held Premium Bonds. He died 13 years ago and I have no paperwork.
The team also provided a link to a document titled 'When an NS&I customer dies'. The form contains this crucial information: "We will let you know if we need a Grant of Representation once we receive your completed form.
