An airy abode once rented by Bad Bunny has a new owner — and it’s a home that many Netflix subscribers may recognize from a buzzy, and newly released, series.

The sale, which public record shows closed in May, followed the four-bedroom, four-bathroom unit renting for a cool $150,000 per month to rapper Bad Bunny,New Jersey's priciest home is a $27.9M equestrian estate where world-class horses are bred, sold and raced Located atop award-winning Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld’s 11-story, 36-unit Jardim , the penthouse offers 4,500 square feet of indoor space, plus 4,600 square feet of outdoor space spread over multiple terraces and a lap pool-equipped rooftop. There is also a library, direct elevator access, sliding glass walls, sweeping Hudson River views, an outdoor kitchen and a spiral staircase.
