Residents in Port Seton reported seeing a huge police presence and several ambulances at Seton Sands Holiday Park in East Lothian on Sunday, September 22.
A pensioner has been airlifted to hospital after she was struck by a car at an Edinburgh holiday park.
Images taken from the scene show an air ambulance on Links Road. The road was closed off to cars and other vehicles. Several police vehicles and cops were also pictured on the road outside the park. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.50am on Sunday, 22 September, 2024 we were made aware of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian in the Seton Sands area of Port Seton.
