The dad-of-three joined a local Glasgow football league which helps overweight men get back into playing football in a comfortable environment.
It was one of many wake-up calls for Kenny Noble from East Kilbride that spurred him to drop over ten inches from his waist. The 38-year-old often indulged in takeaways and ate frozen processed food at home which led to him piling on the pounds.
"Albeit I was clinically morbidly obese, I am 6ft 4 so my height hid it. When I looked at my wedding photos, it opened my eyes. He explained: "Sometimes you are disgruntled and put off going to the gym when you are heavy. Everyone is there for the same reason and on the same journey which makes Man v Fat a lot more beneficial.
