Third-year starting quarterback Jimmy Rosol Jr. leads an Olmsted Falls football team that will lean on its defense with the experienced QB.
Rosol Jr. and Owen Singleton return to lead the backfield, a traditional strength in Olmsted Falls’ run-heavy style of offense.
The quarterback will be a third-year starter, coming off an All-Southwestern Conference second-team season in which he rushed for 822 yards and 13 touchdowns with another 750 yards and six TDs through the air. Singleton emerged as a sophomore, rushing for 1,043 yards and six TDs on 149 carries . The offensive line took a hit with the loss of senior tackle Andrew Kreitzer to a season ending injury, but there is potential with junior guard Nathan Scheffler leading a smaller yet quicker group.
