I know people who have been waiting 14 years.

On top of that, it’s hard to find a job because they’re not really qualified for much. Many who were doctors or lawyers in their home countries end up performing menial tasks because their credentials aren’t recognized.. But the truth is that the vast majority of refugees in America want nothing more than to live in peace. In fact, most would prefer to be back home, if there was a home left.My story has a happy ending, unlike millions of other stories about refugees.
