The Oracle EU Sovereign Cloud is designed to assure organizations with strict data sovereignty needs that their finance, HR, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer experience data can be managed on a single platform across all 27 EU member states. Oracle emphasizes that the sovereign cloud is located, owned, operated, and managed by EU-based legal entities, staffed by EU personnel.
