Our Yorkshire Farm 's Reuben Owen has opened up about how his family has been coping since his parents, Amanda and Clive Owen, decided to part ways. Despite the drama, he shares that the exes remain professional, focusing on the tasks at hand at Ravenseat Farm.
Clive, now 69, reflected on the impact of fame on their relationship during a heartfelt chat on ITV's Lorraine last year. He confessed, "We filmed Our Yorkshire Farm, people loved it and it was an opportunity to make something as a family. That was what drove her . It was amazing and very successful, but I handled it very badly. It was such a change in our lives and I sadly made a right mess of things basically.", reports the Mirror.
Amanda Owen has previously spoken about the split, maintaining a pragmatic outlook for the sake of their shared responsibilities: "Look, if I was brilliant and I thought he was brilliant, then we wouldn't have separated. But you know what, that's not unique. It's just how things are. But we have nine kids, and we just have to get on with it."
