Phase 2 of the voting will begin 9 a.m. June 30, with fans voting among the finalists at each position in a window that concludes at 9 a.m. on July 3.As such, Solano is in the lineup as the designated hitter as both Machado and Profar are in the field following recent injury concerns. Machado is playing third base a third straight game and Profar is playing left field for the third time in four days.The 25-year-old rookie has allowed three runs or less over his last four starts , striking out 15 against three walks despite allowing a .300/.330/.522 batting line to opposing hitters over that stretch. This is Vásquez’s first appearance against the Phillies or anyone in their lineup.
