“Police attended and noted the accused on Causeyside Street and they formed the view she was still pursuing the children and that she was extremely intoxicated and unsteady on her feet. “She has suffered significant trauma and that has led her down the wrong path and turning to alcohol addiction as a coping mechanism.”
