Police and paramedics attended and the police Air Wing brought Cienna to shore where she was given CPR but died at the scene. A fundraiser set up to help the family described the year 7 student as a “happy” and “artistic” young girl. “Sissy was a much loved ... sometimes shy, sometimes bubbly year 7 girl, a daughter, sister, cousin, granddaughter, niece, and the most loyal and best friend anyone could have,” fundraiser organiser Zoe Mayne wrote.Cienna Jervies and her family.Mayne said Cienna’s parents are currently not working as they try to support their other children while also dealing with the loss of their daughter.
“Any donations to help with funeral costs and ongoing expenses to support the Jervies family through this time are greatly appreciated,” she wrote.
