Long-haul flying can be stressful enough but throw a young child into the mix and it's a recipe for disaster
We've all walked onto a plane ahead of a long flight and looked behind us hoping to see an empty seat or at least an older individual attempting to rest. But sometimes you spot a young child with a rueful look in their eye.
Finally, when the child drifted off to sleep, the woman thought she'd have a chance to drift off into the land of nod herself. However, the moment she reclined her seat the mum tapped her shoulder, complaining she felt uncomfortable. "Occasionally, I got a break from the child kicking me when she switched to her fathers lap, though at that time she began kicking my husbands seat. We remained quiet as we know it probably is difficult traveling with children.
When the woman reclined her seat the mother behind her became more crammed in hers because her tot was on her lap. The bleary-eyed passenger was unsure what the social rules were in such a situation.
