Sometimes, it's nice to start off the week with some nice, fun updates. For example, writer/director James Gunn checked in via social media from the set of filming the second season of John Cena-starring Peacemaker . It was a nice image of Gunn and Jennifer Holland just letting us know that work is rolling on. That's pretty much it. Nice, simple, and to the point.
Now, here's a look back at the opening credits for the first season as we imagine what the opener for Season 2 will be like: Steve Agee rejoined Gunn and Cena for Peacemaker, reprising his film role of John Economos, a warden of Belle Reve Federal Penitentiary and an aide to Viola Davis' Amanda Waller. Danielle Brooks joined the series as Leota Adebayo, with Robert Patrick in the role of Auggie Smith.
