Everyone is familiar with Coca-Cola's famous logo, but now some eagle-eyed fans of the soft drink have now noticed a 'hidden message' within the iconic branding
Coca-Cola is undoubtedly one of the most famous food and drink companies globally. Around the world, people can quickly recognise its well-known logo and classic colour scheme.
While at first glance the Coca-Cola logo may just seem like the brand's name written in a sweeping font, the sweeping tail of the letter 'C' is said to represent a smile, a nod to the brand's focus on joy. Richard added: “This subtle message may go unnoticed, but it subconsciously creates a positive association with the brand in the minds of consumers.”
According to the Coca-Cola website, Dr Pemberton “carried a jug of the new product down the street to Jacobs' Pharmacy in Atlanta. There, it was sampled, pronounced 'excellent' and placed on sale as a soda fountain drink for five cents a glass”.
