Neighbours in one area will be waking up to thousands in the bank
People living in one part of Merseyside will be waking up to thousands in the bank. Hundreds of people in Wirral are celebrating today after learning that they’ve scooped a multi-million-pound prize on People’s Postcode Lottery. A total of 248 neighbours in the CH46 7 area, which is located around Moreton , have landed a share of £3.2 million in the lottery’s Postcode Millions prize – but the biggest winners are yet to be revealed.
I can’t wait to celebrate the town’s win on Saturday as we reveal the postcode that’s won the biggest prizes.” Local good causes close to the winners in Wirral have benefitted from money raised by Postcode Lottery players. Ahead Of The Game Foundation received £25,000 last year. The funding provided training and equipment for the charity’s staff to run free weekly physical therapy sessions for people living with cancer in Merseyside.
