Forensic officers were pictured on the scene in Kearsley on Sunday
Police, paramedics and National Rail workers were called to Kearsley railway station at around 4.30pm yesterday afternoon . An air ambulance was also scrambled to the scene and landed nearby, at the Stoneclough AFC pitch and Brook Street Park.
Yesterday afternoon, emergency services taped off numerous entrances to the station as they worked at the scene on the tracks.
