Officers want to speak to this man in connection with the incident
Officers responded to reports of a dog attack on City Road, between Pemberton and Kitt Green, where two dogs were allegedly involved, resulting in injuries to one of the dog owners. The incident occurred on Saturday, January 18.
GMP has today released a photo of a man they believe could be a crucial witness in their investigation. Anyone who recognises the man in the image is being urged to come forward. In a statement, GMP Wigan and Leigh said: "On January 18, 2025, in the area of City Road, Wigan, we received reports of a dog on dog attack which has resulted in injuries caused to one of the dog owners. We would like to speak with the male pictured to assist with our enquiries.
