James Witham was pictured making a 'peace sign' and grinning

A jury have been shown photographs of Ashley Dale smiling and posing with the man who would later shoot her dead.

Ashley was found with "catastrophic" injuries in the back yard of her home after a neighbour heard her "groaning", the jury heard. The photos, which the court heard could not be accurately dated by police, showed Ashley posing with her boyfriend with both Witham, Barry and Fitzgibbon in separate images.

The prosecution has claimed a fight or assault at Glastonbury festival in late June last year triggered animosity between Zeisz and Harrison's friend Jordan Thompson, which "reignited" the feud between Barry and Harrison.
