The storms blew in early this morning and left the area off the coast by noon.
A strong line of storms pushed through the Houston area early Friday morning. These are some of the images from the storm., and brought with them heavy winds and downpours. Several severe thunderstorm warnings were issued through the morning and part of the area was under a tornado warning at one point.
