A senior officer has sought to reassure the public following the report of an alleged rape and alleged sexual assault
Plain clothes police officers will be on the lookout for "predatory behaviour" in bars, nightclubs and public spaces in Derry tonight as the city celebrates Halloween .
The senior officer said she is "mindful" that "people will maybe be concerned about going out" following the separate reports of rape and sexual assault over the weekend. “We’re there to identify people who are displaying predatory behaviours including sexual harassment, inappropriate touching and loitering."
