The building in Wellingborough used to be the Euro Hotel and then most recently the Seen and Heard hostelThe 19-bedroom property on Midland Road, Wellingborough, was the Euro Hotel before being repurposed as The Seen and Heard hostel during the Covid-19 pandemic.
said: "The proposed development would make a positive contribution to the housing requirement for Wellingborough through the provision of 23 new rooms."The document said the site offered "an appropriate opportunity to bring a vacant building, positioned within a sustainable location, back into viable use".
