Police are appealing for help in identifying this man following an incident involving one of their vehicles.
Officers have deplored the 'completely unacceptable' behaviour and said it will hinder the force in 'responding and serving our communities'. A CCTV appeal has been launched to identify a man in connection with the incident.He is believed to have boarded the number one bus travelling from Blackburn to Bolton at 11.42am - around 12 minutes after the offence happened. Police said he was in the company of another man and have appealed for anyone who recognises him to get in contact.
