The incident occurred at the Oaks Toowoomba Hotel on Annand Street in the Toowoomba CBD at about 2:40pm on Tuesday.But a police statement confirmed: "The 16-year-old girl was taken to hospital in a serious condition."A number of people were present at the time of the incident and are now assisting police with their inquiries."
