It is believed friends Tia Gall, from Menstrie, and Kadi Wilson, from Sauchie, are together and may have travelled to Hamilton.
Officers say Tia, 13, left her home at around 3.30pm on Friday and said she was going to meet Kadi, 14.
Tia is described as white, 5 ft 1 in height, of slim build, with long dark hair. She was wearing a black hooded top, black leggings and white and black Nike Dunk trainers. Constable Ben Prescott, Alloa Police Station, said: “It is the first time that the girls have been missing overnight and the fact that neither has been in contact with their family or friends since last seen is concerning for their parents and police.
