Police have issued a statement following a road traffic accident outside the Victoria Centre, in Nottingham city centre. shortly after 2pm on Wednesday, November 23.
Inspector Rich Markham, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Officers are currently in attendance at a road traffic accident outside the Victoria Centre, in Nottingham city centre.
