Police are investigating 20 burglaries at student accommodation in Manchester have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the spree.
In a statement Greater Manchester Police said: "Our dedicated detectives want to speak to this man in connection with them as they believe he has vital information that could help."No arrests have been made this time but enquiries into the linked series is ongoing “Regular local patrols are in place to provide visible reassurance while we continue to investigate, and we are particularly keen to speak to the man pictured as we believe he has information that could assist us.
