Ping Chayada, 20, was rushed to hospital with septicemia after undergoing a massage in Bangkok in October, and in the weeks that followed was left in excruciating pain
A young pop sensation tragically passed away at the age of 20 after enduring a terrible ordeal that followed a massage, during which she expressed being "in so much pain".
"I've been learning massage since I was a child. I really like massage. I thought it was just another side effect of the massage, this kind of body pain. I went again. But this new person massaged hard and it was swollen and bruised for a week. After that, I took medicine to relieve the symptoms all the time."
Following her untimely death on Sunday, December 8, the provincial health chief has insisted on an autopsy to determine the exact cause of her demise.
