It is believed to have happened at the junction of Floral Road
Officers say they received a report of an incident at around 7:30am on August 14 in the vicinity of the Antrim Road, North Belfast . In a statement to Belfast Live, a PSNI spokesperson said: "Later that afternoon police arrested a 17-year-old boy in the Belfast area on suspicion of common assault."The investigation is continuing and anyone with information, CCTV, dash-cam or mobile footage that could help is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 237 14/08/24."
