'We will relentlessly pursue those that are trying to delay or deny justice to victims of crime'
Officers from the PSNI 's International Policing Unit, arrested a 29-year-old man at London Heathrow Airport on Wednesday.
A police statement read: "The man was granted High Court bail in January 2017 but fled the jurisdiction while on bail."He has now been returned to Northern Ireland, and will appear before Londonderry Magistrates Court tomorrow, Thursday 15th August." "Our message is clear to anyone who has left Northern Ireland to avoid arrest or the consequences of their actions. We will relentlessly pursue those that are trying to delay or deny justice to victims of crime."
