He said the PSNI had an estimated 0.7% of the workforce made up of people belonging to ethnic minorities, compared to 8.1% of the population in Northern Ireland, according to the census in 2021.Justice Minister Naomi Long described some of the comments posted on X underneath the advert as "appalling and disgraceful".
