A local woman heard her howling in pain and rushed her to a nearby medical centre where doctors saved her life before passing her on to a vet. She had just lost one of her dogs so she decided to take in Susie – and has set up crowdfunding page to raise the £3000 needed to fly the pooch, now six months, to the UK.
