Putin has warned that one of his most powerful ballistic weapons could be used within months.
The Kremlin has threatened to deploy one of its most dangerous nuclear weapons before December.
The Russian president told a meeting with new military graduates: ‘Successful testing of the Sarmat heavy intercontinental ballistic missile has been carried out.He went on to describe the deadly weapon as one with ‘the highest tactical and technical characteristics and is capable of overcoming all modern means of anti-missile defence’.
