Rush-hour travel will be impacted on Wednesday evening with several major routes affected
All train lines are closed between Blackburn and Colne/Burnley Manchester Road railway stations as emergency services deal with an 'incident'.
In a statement on it's website, National Rail said: "The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Blackburn and Rose Grove. As a result, all lines are currently closed.Replacement buses have been requested to operate between Blackburn and Todmorden and between Blackburn and Hebden Bridge. More details will follow once this has been confirmed."
