The Ibrox chairman delivered his long-awaited update and didn't miss with a fiercely-worded update
Angry John Bennett has slammed the multiple Rangers financial own goals which dumped his side in a £10.5m hole - as he guaranteed he is the man to eradicate it.
And Bennett - in a no-holds-barred interview – could barely contain his anger over perceived financial errors he believes have cost his club. Boss Philippe Clement rued the inability to buy before he could sell but the chairman is utterly certain it is the only course of action to change a culture he wants eradicated.
"That right there, is holy unsustainable and I said that has to go away. Now you just can't will things go away. It takes action, if I look at the number, that is well on the way to being eradicated. That has been a lot of work from a lot of people. I have driven hard, it's been hard on some people to drive that through and execute it, but execute it we must.
