Craig Rogan at The Collective has announced the restaurant will be closing
A Leeds restaurant which has featured in the Michelin Guide to the city has announced it will be closing down.
According to the owners, the restaurant was unable to open over the past weekend since the landlord closed the doors to the eatery overnight. In a statement the owners said they had been working towards a January close and relaunch, but they have said they will be unable to due to the state of the economy and the recent budget.
Their statement read: "Dear Friends, It is with a heavy heart that we share this update with you. As some of you may already be aware, we were unexpectedly unable to open this past weekend, as after long negotiations, the landlord made the decision to close our doors overnight.
