CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio - Council rejected the initial 52-unit, four-story, $14.7 million plan for new housing in the Noble-Nela neighborhood of Cleveland Heights .
Hicks filled that blank sheet with feedback from twenty community meetings, much of it clearing up misinformation about the project. They listened to the community and also to local architect Paul Volpe,a vocal critic of the initial plan. But neighbors are not just concerned about the project but what the project will bring to the neighborhood.
