A brand new event has been launched which will see the brightest talent within our region, as well as those who are helping them to succeed, become award winners and named top of the North West.Apprentices bring fresh new ideas, enthusiasm and hard work to companies all across the North West. Whether you yourself believe you go above and beyond, or you've noticed a learner who stands out from the crowd, this is the perfect chance to see all that hard work recognised.

The apprentice must currently be an Intermediate Apprentice , an Advanced Apprentice or be completing a Higher Apprenticeship. Apprentice of the Year - Engineering and Manufacturing Judges will be looking for entries which showcase the impact an apprentice has had on the organisation they work for, as well as evidence of personal self-development and progression. Throughout the judging process, judges will be looking for an apprentice who is able to demonstrate a passion for their chosen apprenticeship.
