He added: "If anyone at home has ever had one, it is the single most painful thing that has ever happened to me." When Marina shared her own experience by stating she found it more excruciating than childbirth, having gone through both, Richard replied with skepticism: "The doctors kept saying 'it's more painful than childbirth'. I can't ... I'm not sure I can buy it", reports the Mirror.
According to the NHS, kidney stones are quite common and usually affect individuals between 30 and 60 years of age. They can be excruciatingly painful and potentially lead to serious complications if neglected.
