A road in Bootle has been closed after a suspected unexploded bomb was found. Police were called to Dunnings Bridge Road at around 10.15am this morning after the device was found. The item was uncovered by builders working on a construction site on North Atlantic Avenue. between Park Lane and Boundary Road/ Netherton Way. We have a reporter at the scene providing live updates here . A nearby office building with around 500 workers has been evacuated as a precaution.
