Sian Welby had a teary moment as she said her goodbyes during her final Capital radio show alongside co-host Roman Kemp, as his slot is soon to be taken over by new host Jordan North
Roman Kemp has almost officially left Capital Radio after ten years, and his co-host and close pal Sian Welby couldn't help but get emotional during their penultimate show together.
However, things definitely weren't normal as Sian started to get tear, with Roman asking: "Sian are you crying?" She confessed: "No no no, yeah I am." Roman emotionally announced he was quitting the role earlier this year, sharing that Jordan would be taking over. He said to listeners at the time: "You are going to absolutely love this Jordan. I have so much faith in you mate. It's hard leaving, it feels like your child, but you want it to go into good hands and I know with you it's going to be just that. "Everyone, send as much love as possible to Jordan.
At the time, she said: "I’ve got a bit of an announcement for you! I’m pregnant! I don’t know how I’ve managed to keep it from you for so long. The lies, the deceit, the mocktails! I couldn’t wait to tell you. This is a whole new journey for me and I want to take you all on it with me, and don't worry I'm not going anywhere! This is going to be a lot of fun and I can’t wait to share it with you all.
