New Man United head coach Ruben Amorim could be about to make one of Gary Neville's dreams come true at Old Trafford.
Gary Neville has previously said Manchester United's players can all produce better versions of themselves if they are given an identity they can buy into.
He told club media: "We know that we need time, but we have to win time. To win time is to win games. But the most important thing for me is identity. Under Ten Hag, United rarely looked as though they had an identity. Supporters were often left scratching their heads in their quest to try and work out what style of football Ten Hag was wanting his team to play. It was an opinion echoed by Neville, who, speaking in the immediate aftermath of Ten Hag being sacked three weeks ago, voiced concerns about United's non-existent identity.
